What fees do I need to pay for the Alliance Bank CashFirst?

There is no processing fee for this personal loan. However, you will need to pay a stamp duty and handling fee amounting to 0.55% deducted from your total borrowed amount.


What do I need to apply for CashFirst personal loan?

This is an unsecured personal loan so you will not need to provide a down payment or guarantor. To make an application you must provide supporting documents:

How do I get my money?

Once you've provided completed documents your application for CashFirst will be approved and disbursed within 2 to 3 working days. The amount you borrow will be transferred to the account of your choice.


How do I pay the monthly instalments?

You will need to make your first payment one month after you’ve received your loan and then every month until the total amount of the loan is repaid. Payments can be made via IBG.


Can I pay my CashFirst loan off early?

Early repayment of your loan is not a problem. There are no penalties and you will even receive a rebate for the remaining unpaid installments. You will need to give three months' notice to be eligible for this rebate.


Why didn't I get the interest rates offered?

The offered rates are subject to the bank's approval based on your customer profile and credit history. Not all customers will be eligible for these special rates. Depending on the bank's criteria you may be charged as high as 14.28% interest p.a.
